At St. Anne’s Center, we offer our customers the option to refund or exchange a product, provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns must be made within 15 days in the original, undamaged packaging. If the product is not returned in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued as store credits to the purchaser’s account. Delivery charges will only be refunded in cases of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

Return/Exchange Options

1. Returns via Courier Collection

  1. Email returns@stannescenter.lk with your order number, product quantity, reason for return, and the email registered on www.stannescenter.lk.

  2. We will arrange a courier pickup (free for incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods; otherwise, a fee of LKR 300 applies).

  3. After quality inspection, we will credit the item’s price to your account as store credits within 7 days.

  4. Returns must be made within 14 days in original, undamaged packaging with tags intact. Non-resalable items will not be refunded.

2. Returns via Post Office

  1. Drop off the package at your nearest post office (send via registered post to):
    St. Anne’s Center, 10, No. 100, 11 Keyzer St , Sri Lanka.

  2. After quality inspection, we will credit the item’s price to your account as store credits within 7 days.

  3. Returns must be made within 14 days in original, undamaged packaging with tags intact. Non-resalable items will not be refunded.

  1. Fill out a returns form at the store.

  2. Drop off the items at the store.

  3. After quality inspection, we will credit the item’s price to your account as store credits within 7 days.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons) – only refunded if damaged or faulty.

  • Sale items – no refunds or exchanges.

  • Products will not be refunded simply due to customer dissatisfaction after purchase.

Delivery Charges Refund

Delivery fees are only refunded for incorrect, faulty, or damaged goods—not for unwanted items.
