At St. Anne’s Center, we offer our customers the option to refund or exchange a product, provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns must be made within 15 days in the original, undamaged packaging. If the product is not returned in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued as store credits to the purchaser’s account. Delivery charges will only be refunded in cases of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.
Return/Exchange Options
1. Returns via Courier Collection
Email returns@stannescenter.lk with your order number, product quantity, reason for return, and the email registered on www.stannescenter.lk.
We will arrange a courier pickup (free for incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods; otherwise, a fee of LKR 300 applies).
After quality inspection, we will credit the item’s price to your account as store credits within 7 days.
Returns must be made within 14 days in original, undamaged packaging with tags intact. Non-resalable items will not be refunded.
2. Returns via Post Office
Drop off the package at your nearest post office (send via registered post to):

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Products
Undergarments (for hygiene reasons) – only refunded if damaged or faulty.
Sale items – no refunds or exchanges.
Products will not be refunded simply due to customer dissatisfaction after purchase.
Delivery Charges Refund
Delivery fees are only refunded for incorrect, faulty, or damaged goods—not for unwanted items.
